Gary's Salsa Meatloaf

Ingredients
2 lbs ground beef1 cup Progresso Panko Plain Bread Crumbs1 1/2 cups No Salt added Tomato Sauce 1 cup Gary's Easy Hot Salsa (Homemade Low Sodium)1 onion, chopped3 garlic cloves, chopped1 egg
Directions
Preheat oven to 375.

Mix all ingredients in a large bowl with your hands, (washed of course). Squish around and mix together well.

Shape freeform, or place into a loaf pan, whatever floats your loaf.

Bake until internal temperature is 160 (about 60 -90 minutes). Remove from oven. Allow to cool for 20 minutes before slicing.
