Pineapple, Apple, Mint, Lemon, Parsley, Kale, Juice

Ingredients
Add the water to the juicer first. I also throw in about 5-6 ice cubes for very chilled juice. Add pineapple, apple, squeeze the juice of a slice of lemon into the juicer- do not juice the lemon rind. Add the mint, parsley and Kale. Juice I use about 2-3 cups of chopped kale leaves if you buy it bagged, or about 2 large kale leaves. Substitute or add Romaine Leaves or Spinach. Juice all till blended. Enjoy!
Directions
Set up Ninja or Vita-Mix, add water, fruits, then herbs and fresh kale leaves. Juice all till blended. Enjoy!
