sweet potatoe beef stew

Ingredients
Beef, top sirloin, 32 oz Baby Carrots Grimmway Farms (3 oz = about 10/11 baby carrots), 16 oz Sweet potato, cooked, baked in skin, without salt, 1 large Mushrooms, fresh, 227 grams Onions, raw, 1 cup, chopped Cornstarch, .25 cup Garlic powder, 5 tbsp Mrs Dash, Onion & Herb seasoning blend, 6 tsp Fresh Ground Black Pepper, 3 tsp
Directions
dice up the sirloin season and brown it in a non stick skillet
while beef is browning dice carrots, mushrooms, onions and precook the sweet potato
dice the potato
add potato, onions,mushrooms, and carrots to the beef
add about 2 cups of water
cover and simmer for an hour
combine cornstarch and some of the liquid from the pan in a separate bowl until completely combined
add mixture to pan and stir until thick
serve
