Ingredients
Mixed Frozen Fruit 1 cup (Any fruit blend) Green Tea 1 tea bag (brewed in 1 cup of water and cooled)Non Fat Plain Yogurt 6 ozSpinach, fresh, 2 cup (put in freezer for an hour and it blends better))Crushed ice 1 cup**Honey 1 tbsp (optional)
Directions
Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
