Red Leaf Lettuce (salad), 2 cup, tornRed Ripe Tomatoes, .5 cup, chopped or slicedCarrots, raw, 1 strip, large (3" long)Celery, raw, 1 stalk, small (5" long)Mangos, 35 gramsHard Boiled Egg, 1 largeTuna canned in water, 5 ozNewmans Own Olive Oil and Vinegar Dressing, 1 tbsp
Tear lettuce into a big bowl, top with cut veggies and mango or other fruit bits, toss lightly, cut and add egg and tuna and top with that paleo friendly dressing, yummy!
