Rice Pilaf

Ingredients
1.5 T. butter1 medium onion, chopped1 can mushrooms w/ juice (stems & pieces, or sliced)1 T. oregano1 cup rice3 cups beef broth.25 cup water
Directions
Sauté onion in butter until tender. Add mushrooms and juice, oregano, and rice. Sauté a few minutes longer, then transfer to a casserole with a tight-fitting lid. Add beef broth and water, and stir to mix well. Bake COVERED in 350 degree oven for 90 minutes.
