1 cup of sliced fresh mushrooms2 tbls olive oil1 cup sliced onions1 clove of garlic minced1/2 cup butter1/2 cup flourtsp. salt4 cups milk
This creamy soup serves 6. Saute in the oil, the onions and then add garlic for a light saute. Add butter, flour and salt to make a roux. When thickened add milk gradually. Cook until bubbly and smooth. Add mushrooms and heat through. Salt and pepper to taste. Serve .
