Helen's Yam Pancakes

Ingredients
3 whole eggs3 egg whites1/2 cup (12 tbl) ground flax seed1 cup baked yams2 tsp baking powder1 tsp ground cinnamon
Directions
Mix all dry ingredients and blend with the egg and yams. Cook in non-stick pan lightly sprayed.
