Ingredients
6 large eggs or 12 egg whites6 oz ground turkey2 tsp Montreal Steak seasoning1/2 C. Shredded cheese1/2 cup salsa
Directions
brown turkey, add steak seasoning which will make it taste like pork sausage. Beat eggs, stir in turkey, cheese and salsa. Bake in 9x9 pan at 375 for 35 minutes. Makes 6 servings
