Beef and Cauliflower, Turkish Style

Ingredients
1 cauliflower head, cut into florettes1lb ground beef or beef chunks2 onions, chopped 4 cloves garlic, chopped2-3 tbsp tomato paste2 glasses of water2-4 tbsp cooking oil
Directions
chop onions and garlic, then put in pan and saute with oil 10 minutes
add meat and let it cook
add tomato paste and stir
all cauliflower florets and 2 glasses of water
cover and cook on med, low heat until cauliflower is cooked.
serve with rice and yogurt
makes 6-8 1.5 cup serving.
