Ingredients
8 cups (about 560g) raw cabbage3 cups (about 1000g) cubed raw potatos1/2 cup (about 70g) raw chopped carrots1 lg (about 265g) largely chopped onions14oz (1 package) butterball turkey kilbasa4 packetts swanson flavor boost concertrate (or 4 cups broth)2 tbsp Chia Seeds (optional)6 cups water (2 cups water if using 4 cups of ready made broth)salt and Pepper to taste
Directions
put all ingredients (omit sausage) in large pot and bring to a boil, turn down and simmer for 45 to 60 minutes or until veggies tender. Add sausage last 20 minutes.
