Shrimp & Black Bean Tacos (1/2 Cup)

Ingredients
1/2 Large Onion 2 Tbsp. Olive Oil2 Tbsp Cajun Seasoning2 Tbsp. Garlic, minced, in water 1 Cup Beans, black2 Corn Tortilla, White, Mission24 oz Shrimp (frozen, medium)2 Tbsp. Cajun Seasoning 1/2 lemon juiced1/2 lime juiced
Directions
Saute onions, garlic, and olive oil until cooked. Add cajun seasoning, beans, shrimp and saute until done. Add lemon and lime juice.

Corn Tortillas: ( I used Mission )
Lightly brown tortillas on stove top in pan on both sides.

Serving Size: Makes enough for 5-7 people
