    4 oz Tilapia filet
    taco seasoning
    olive oil spray

    for condiments:
    nonfat sour cream
    low fat cheese
    2 corn tortillas


place tilapia filet on a piece of aluminum foil place on a cookie sheet. Spray lightly with olive oil spray. Sprinkle taco seasoning on the filet. Slice lime, and place lime slices over the filet. Cover with foil, as if to make a package. Place in a preheated 325 degree oven for about 20-25 minutes.

After tilapia is cooked through, open up foil packet, discard lime, and enjoy the fish with you favorite taco ingredients!

    I checked the nutrient data by ingredient, and the nutrition facts are for 4 oz. tilapia, 2 corn tortillas, 1/2 avocado, 1/4 c. low fat cheese, 1 T fat free sour cream and 1 T salsa - 1/13/10

    I love it. Theses are great, but being from California I have to have shredded cabbage in my fish tacos and no cheese. Try it! (I cheat and buy the cabbage already shredded.) Also, I cook the fish in my George Foreman grill - just takes a couple of minutes. - 1/31/10

    I loved these, my husband was not as impressed but he is not a fish taco kinda of guy, so I am adding it to my lunch menus, I had to resist eating more than my share!! - 11/17/08

    What is the serving size on this recipe? Is it one taco with 4 oz of fish. Did you include your condiments in your calorie count or is that extra? - 3/12/09
