Nutrition & Calorie Comments

Saving this to make. Spark has a taco seasoning mix if salt is an issue.
I have to watch sodium and even reduced sodium taco seasoning has more than I want. I mix up my own with cumin, chili powder, garlic powder and onion powder. The lime is perfect - awesome recipe!
I checked the nutrient data by ingredient, and the nutrition facts are for 4 oz. tilapia, 2 corn tortillas, 1/2 avocado, 1/4 c. low fat cheese, 1 T fat free sour cream and 1 T salsa
What is the serving size on this recipe? Is it one taco with 4 oz of fish. Did you include your condiments in your calorie count or is that extra?
Very good. Served with salsa and vegetables. Great low fat meal and super easy to make. Loved the quick clean up.
This was amazing! I used non-fat plan yogurt instead of sour cream and it worked well.
