Actually, I have a question, how large is your can of black beans? I just made this recipe and used a small can of beans and 1/2 an avocado. It was delicious but my hubbie and I shared it for lunch so now I'm not sure how many calories, etc. ..
I love black beans. Rinse them first to wash out extra sodium. Low fat, tasty, simple to prepare.
