The sodium amount in this recipe is really high
The rice should be seasoned with a bit of rice vinegar and sugar...
Have made these before. Very good & satisfying. Also lots of fun w/ kids. Make sure to use low-sodium soy sauce w/ these. If you don't want to handle hot rice, cool it & slightly dampen the nori to make it stick.
