Incredible! But I'm not sure that the sodium content is correct. What brand canned beans did you use?
This is a great recipe. I make a few changes to spice it up. I added a little basil, soy sauce hot sauce ,salt and 1/2 T olive oil. Everyone really liked it. I used avocodo, but I think it would have been great without it too.
I served on a bed of Baby Arugula and wrapped into a Low Carb Whole Grain Tortilla shell, and it was very refreshing yet filling meal. Thanks! :-)
A very original combination; fruit & veggies and lots of fiber ...
Quick to prepare, low sodium, low fat...highly nutitious..made it as a side for a luncheon and was asked for the recipie...nice presentation and delicious
