I love this dip! I made it with organic non-fat yogurt and served it with organic blue tortilla chips, and it was wonderful! I will definitely keep this one on hand!
Its black beans and corn- OF COURSE it will look like blended black beans and corn!!! Needed some salt, but I do love anything with black beans!!!
Great dish for the calories!
This was a little bland when I followed the recipe. I added garlic salt, onion powder and a few slices of canned jalapeno. YUMMYYYY!!!! I served it with tortilla chips.
