Strawberry Yogurt Shake
I wanted a healthy, fresher option for breakfast that didn't get watered down. This shake, made with greek yogurt and ground flax seed, is thick and creamy. You'd never guess it has no added sugars, syrups and isn't watery since there are no ice cubes. It's very refreshing. Servings can be cut into thirds for a snack for multiple people.
