I usually make a batch of this the night before and put it in the fridge. This makes about 3 servings. I usually have some for breakfast, lunch and whatever is left on my ride home from work. Ingredients

    16 oz Fat Free Milk
    1 scoop Slim Fast optima milk chocolate shake mix
    1/2 cup Dannon Light and Fit Nonfat Vanilla Yogurt
    1 medium banana
    1 scoop EAS Protein Powder
    Ice

Directions

Fill blender half full of ice. Add all ingredients and blend until smooth. This will make approx. 3 servings.
