Introduction

Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    1 Cup finely shredded red cabbage
    12 oz Mahi-mahi fish
    2 limes
    1/2 Medium red onion, diced
    corn tortillas, 6-8
    1 Tablespoon canola oil
    1 bunch cilantro
    1/2 Tablespoon blackening spice

Directions

Heat Grill on Medium-High Heat. Drizzle oil on fish and rub blackening spice on both sides of fish. Place on grill and cook for four minutes. Flip and cook additional four minutes. Warm tortillas on grill for 1-2 minutes. Squeeze fresh juice from one lime over fish. Divide fish with fork, and garnish with cabbage, cilantro, and diced red onions. Serve with lime wedge and black beans with cumin.

Makes 6-8 tacos
