Mozzarella Stuffed Meatballs

Ingredients
1 lbs 93% Lean ground beef1 tsp Powdered garlic1 tbsp Parsley1/4 c Egg beaters1/2 c Italian breadcrumbs1/4 c Skim milk4 oz Mozzarella cheese1 c Grated parm cheese
Directions
Mix ground beef w/ parsley, breadcrumbs, egg, milk, parm cheese,and garlic. Form into 4 round balls. Take the back of a spoon and make an indentation on top of each patty. Sprinkle olive oil on top of each patty and then follow with a little bit of grated parm. Bake on 350 for 20 minutes. Sprinkle the mozzarella cheese in each indentation and allow 5 minutes to melt in oven.
