STRAWBERRY SPINACH SALAD

6 c. torn fresh spinach (8 oz.)1/2 tsp. toasted sesame seed2 c. fresh strawberries1/4 c. salad oil (not olive oil)2 tbsp. red wine vinegar1 1/2 tbsp. sugar1 1/2 tsp. snipped fresh dillweed or 1/2 tsp. dried dillweed1/8 tsp. onion powder1/8 tsp. garlic powder1/8 tsp. dry mustard
Place spinach in a large bowl. Sprinkle with sesame seed. Cut large strawberries in half; add berries to salad.
In a screw-top jar, combine remaining ingredients, 1/8 teaspoon salt and 1/8 teaspoon pepper. Cover; shake. (Dressing may be prepared several hours before serving; chill. Shake well before using.)
Pour dressing over mixture in bowl; toss gently. Makes 6 servings.
