Ingredients
2 Strawberries, sliced15 Blueberries4 Blackberries1/2 of a Medium Banana, sliced1/4 cup of plain, low fat or fat free yogurt1 scoop of Walgreens Vanilla Whey Protein powder1 Cup of Unsweetened Original Almond Milk
Directions
I buy the strawberries, blueberries, blackberries and bananas when they are on sale. Then I cut the strawberries an bananas up and freeze them with the blueberries and blackberries. Put the ingredients in the blender with a couple of ice cubes and blend well. Pour it in your cup and enjoy!
