Honey Vinagrette

Ingredients
3/4 cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil1/4 cup White Wine Vinegar1/2 tsp dried herbs of choice (I used Herbs de Provence)2 garlic cloves minced1 TB honey
Directions
Add all ingredients to a blender/magic bullet etc. Blend until mixture is smooth and creamy.
