Power Smoothie

Ingredients
8oz Almond milk (I use Almond Breeze original)8oz water2 cups shredded red leaf lettuce1/2 c peeled & chopped cucumber1/2 c parsley, fresh4 TBSP cilantro, fresh1 apple, medium with peel, coarsely chopped1 orange, navel, large (peeled)1 carrot, large (not peeled), coarsely chopped1 TBSP flax seed meal (ground flax seed)1 TBSP almond butter1 c frozen 3-berrie mix (I use Kirkland brand)
Directions
Add ingredients to blender in order listed. Start blender on low and increase speed as ingredients get incorporated. Blend on high for 30-60 seconds to get smooth texture. Calorie count per serving is pretty low so I have at least 2 servings at a time. You can half this recipe easily or it's plenty to share!
