Jen's Favorite Salad (Does not include dressing)

Ingredients
- 2 cups Romaine Lettuce (cut into ribbons or chiffonade)- 1/2 cup Fresh broccoli (cut into small pieces)- 1/4 cup Cucumber (peeled and diced)- 4 - 6 Grapes (cut into halves)- 6 grape tomatoes (cut into halves)- 1/4 cup Shredded carrots- 1/4 cup Chickpeas (garbanzo beans)- Hard Boiled Egg (diced)- Boar's Head Genoa Salami (1 thick slice, diced)- Slice of Colby Jack Cheese (diced)- Small handful of Texas Toast Tortilla Strips *Can substitute sliced almonds or other nuts to keep the crunch.- Salt & Pepper to Taste (I use lots of pepper)- 1/8 cup Dried cranberries
Directions
Layer ingredients in order of how they are listed, top with your favorite salad dressing, and then season with salt, lots of pepper, and lots of Italian Seasoning.

Serving Size: Makes 1 large lunch or dinner salad
