Thermomix Chocolate Bean Cake

Ingredients
420 grams kidney beans - canned and drained1 tablespoon coffee1 tablespoon vanilla extract70 grams unsweetened cocoa1 teaspoon baking powder (use gluten free to make a GF recipe)1/2 teaspoon bicarb soda1/4 teaspoon salt125 grams butter5 eggs180g raw sugar
Directions
In you TM puree the beans, water/coffee, 1 egg and vanilla until smooth, SPEED 7. Set aside

Beat butter and sugar SPEED 5, 30 seconds

add bean mixture SPEED 4, 5 seconds

Add the cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda, and salt and blend for 10 seconds SPEED 4.

Pour batter into patty cases to make into a cup cake style of cake. Cook for 20-25 minutes, complete when skewer goes into the middle and comes out clean, 180 degrees
