Godok Pisang/Banana Dumplings

Ingredients
8-9 Large ripe bananas (blackened peels)3/4 tsp Baking powder1tbsp Molasses (optional)1c Whole wheat flour (or whatever you have on hand)1-2 inches of oil in frying pan
Directions
Moosh bananas until mostly smooth, but with a few lumps left, combine with everything but oil.
Cover frying pan with 1-2 inches of oil and warm with medium heat. Spoon dumplings into oil a couple at a time and fry until golden brown. Repeat until batter is gone.

Serving Size: 12 dumplings (or however many you feel like dividing it into)
