Chinese shrimp with bell peppers

Ingredients
12 oz Shrimp, cooked2 tbsp Peanut Oil1/4 cup water1cup striped Green Peppers (bell peppers) 1 cup striped *Peppers, sweet, red, fresh, 1 cup, chopped 3 small Onions, cut in wedges1 cup carrot, choppedCarrots, raw, 1 cup, chopped 1/2 cup *Soy Sauce,1/2 cup Corn Starch1 tbs Ginger, ground
Directions
Saute all vegetables, and add the cooked shrimp with oil

Combine water, soy sauce, cornstarch, and ginger and stir well. Add mixture to pan. Stir until the souce be thicken.

Cook until thickened.

Serve with rice
