Veggie sausage frittata

Ingredients
2 cups egg beaters1/2 cup fat free half and half1 cup mushrooms1 bell pepper2% Cheddar Cheeese1lb Morningstar veggie sausage
Directions
Sauté sausage, mushrooms, and pepper until sausage is brown and veggies are soft.
Add egg and half and half mixture
Cover and cook 6-8 mins
Top with cheese and broil 3-4 mins
