3 plum tomatoes, sliced1/2 red onion, thinly sliced2 TBSP balsamic vinegarSaltPepperDried Basil to taste
Directions
Layer tomatoes in a shallow dish with onions. Sprinkle with salt, pepper, and basil. Pour the balsamic vinegar over the tomatoes and onions. Chill for 30 mins or more.
