Ingredients
1 cup Stewed Tomatos1/2 cup Chopped Onions1/2 cup Chopped Bell Pepper1 Chicken breast1 Tsp Curry Powder1 tsp Ground Ginger1 tsp Ground Cinnamon1/4 Chopped Zucchini1/4 cup of any rice of your choice1/4 or less cup Water
Directions
Grill or bake the chicken breast. Start the rice before the chicken is finished cooking. After the chicken is cooked chop the onions, peppers, and zucchini. Then heat up a skillet on the stove. Put in the onions and cook them till they are transparent. Then add the peppers and zucchini. Add the cooked chicken. Then add the spices. Stir the spice around. Add the water. Let the water envaporated. The place rice when finished on a plate. Cover the rice with the meat and veggie mixture. Enjoy!
