Flourless no-sugar Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip cookies

Ingredients
1 15 oz. can garbanzo beans, drained and patted dry1/2 cup + 2 T natural almond butter2 T Natural coconut sap syrup3 T Truvia1 t baking sodapinch of salt1 3.5 oz.bar Guylian 54% no-sugar added chocolate - choppedAlternative ingredients:Peanut butter instead of almond butter.1/4 cup honey or agave instead of coconut sap & Truvia.Semi-sweet chocolate chips instead of chocolate bar.
Directions
Pre-heat oven to 350*. Combine ingredients in a food processor. Process until very smooth. Dough will be quite wet and sticky. Drop by teaspoon-fulls on a cookie sheet sprayed with non-stick spray. Bake for 13-15 minutes. Cool for a bit on the pan before removing to rack.
