Cauliflower, raw, 1 headColby and Monterey Jack Cheese shredded, 2 cup Heavy Whipping Cream, 1/2 cupButter, salted, .5 stick, cut into small piecesOnion powder, 2 tsp Chicken Boullion Granules 3 tsp
Cut cauliflower into small pieces and Cook until tender. Drain well (and pat dry with paper towel!). Spread half of the cauliflower in baking dish. Sprinkle half of the onion powder, 1/2 of the chicken granules, 1/2 the butter pieces, and 1/2 the cheese. Repeat for one more layer. Pour heavy whipping cream over the mix and bake for 25 minutes at 425, or until bubbly and light brown on top.
