Ingredients
1 6 oz can Pacific pink salmon, wild1 slice no name mozzarella cheese3 slices Kraft no fat cheese sliceshalf a chopped onion1 tbsp flour150 grams Egg Creations, originalhalf cup no fat milk
Directions

Mix salmon, cheeses ,onion, and flour together and put into a small sprayed oven proof dish.
Lightly beat egg creations and milk together and pour over salmon.
Bake uncovered for 35-40 min in a 350 degree oven.
