1/2 cup Egg whites 4 Links Turkey Sausage (Or you could get ground turkey sausage) 1/4 Cup Cheese (I used Mozzarella) Whole Wheat Tortilla (I found some 100 calorie ones)
First cook up your eggs and sausage.
Lightly grease flat pan. Lay down tortilla, add cheese, egg, and sausage. Fold over and cook till golden brown, and cheese is melted.
Enjoy!
