Cheesy Baked Avocado

Ingredients
1 Haas avocado, slice in half & pit removed4 grams olive oil14 grams grated parmesan cheese
Directions
Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Place avocado halves on a sheet pan (with edges), sprinkle olive oil followed by parmesan cheese on each half.

Bake for 10-15 minutes or until cheese bubbles.
