3-minute Chard (with Feta and Kalamata Olives)

1 lb Swiss chard, chopped1 medium clove chopped garlic1 tsp fresh lemon juice3 TBS extra virgin olive oilsalt and black pepper to taste6 kalamata olives1/2 cup feta cheese1 tsp tamari soy sauce
1. Chop garlic and let sit for approx 5 mins.
2. Bring a large pot of water (at least 3 qt) to rapid boil.
3. Cut off tough stems of chard, then chop the leaves.
4. Add chopped chard to the boiling water. Boil uncovered for 3 minutes.
5. Place in colander and press out excess water.
6. Transfer to serving dish and toss with rest of ingredients while still hot.
Serving Size: Serves 2-3
