Harussame and Wakame Salad

- 4 rolls of harussame, 100 gram(s) - a handfull of wakame, 25 gram(s)- 2 japanese cucumbers in thin sticks- 1 can of tuna, Canned in Light Oil- 5 sticks of kani- Soy sauce (shoyu), low sodium- White Vinegar- Sugar
Soak the wakame in water. Boil water in a pot and add the harussame, pulling it out about 30 to 1 min after. Put the cucumber in a plate and sprinkle about a tbsp of salt on top to dehydrate it. Run some water to wash out the salt after the cucumber is soft but still a bit crunchy.
In a small sauce pan add some shoyu, vinegar and sugar and bring it to a boil. Let it cool down.
Shred the kani sticks.
Mix all ingredients in a bowl and refrigerate till time to serve.
Makes 6 servings.
