Fiesta Couscous Salad

Ingredients
2 cups shredded iceberg lettuce1/2 cup cooked couscous1 cup diced skinless chicken breast (leftovers are great)1/2 cup chopped tomato1/2 cup corn1/2 cup black beans - drained and rinsed4 tbs salsa
Directions
Add all ingredients in a large bowl and toss till coated with the salsa. Serves 2 good size lunch portions or 4 side portions.
