Ingredients

Directions
cut beef into bite size chucks. chop onion. add arrowroot and half spices to a bag. shake to mix. put meat in and shake to coat. put meat into crock pot and mix in onion. cover with wax paper and microwave insert for 5 minutes. stir and cook another 2 minutes. place insert back in base and add tomato puree, 1 1/2 can water and rest of spices. cook on high 8 hrs. serve over pasta, quinoa or rice
