Ingredients
4 Tbsp (choc) Brown Rice protein2 Tbsp Whey Protein2 Tbsp dry milk1 Tbsp (choc) hemp protein1/2 Tbsp baking chocolateSweetener to tasteSprinkle of salt if desired
Directions
Mix well (otherwise some will clump). Minimal hemp due to grainy texture.

I slowly add current choice of 6oz (lukewarm) liquid to 1 Tbsp dry ingredients to form paste, then gradually add remaining liquid. After they are combined I can either heat to desired temp or add ice. Avoid overheating due to Whey trait of clumping with heat. My current liquid includes unsweetened chocolate almond milk, decaf coffee, and either cream or canned milk.
