Black Beans, canned (1 regular can, preferably in spiced sauce)Niblets corn, canned (1 small can)Pimentoes, jarred (1 jar)Avocados, 2, cut into small cubesWhite wine vinegar, 1T or to tasteSouthwest spices to taste (cumin, onion powder, adobo, etc)salt and pepper to taste
Directions
Mix all ingredients, let sit overnight for best flavor
