Ingredients
2 *Zuchini Squash 12 small thin slices of Red Ripe Tomatoes,1/8 cup Great Value Mozzerella Cheese (shredded/part skim), Parmesan Cheese, grated, 1 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil, 1 tbsp Garlic powder, 1 tsp
Directions
Slice zuchini length wise and a slice off bottom so they lay flat in the pan

brush with EVOO, sprinkle garlic, top with tomato slices and add mozzarella... bake at 350 for 20 min, remove from oven add parm and broil for a minute or less
