Mushroom Burgers with Oven Chips

Ingredients
2 larger portabello mushrooms2 bread rolls (whole wheat or multi grain)Lettuce, onion and tomato to garnishKetchup, mustard and mayonaise2 large potatoes
Directions
Peel the potatoes and slice to desired thickness. Spray lightly with oil and place in oven to bake for 20 minutes.

Grill the mushroom on the bbq, under the oven grill or sautee in a non-stick frying pan until cooked through.

Slice the buns open and fill with the ketchup, mustard, mayonaise, lettuce, onion and tomato.

Plcae the mushroom burger in the bun.

Serving Size: Makes 2 burgers and 2 serves of chips
