Canned black beans 230g (drained)Red Kidney Beans, canned 230g (drained)canned chopped tomatoes 800g (2 x 400g cans)Garlic Powder, 1 tbspGround Cumin, 2 tbsp Smoked Paprika, 2 tbspFrozen Corn, 1 cupOnions, raw, 1 cup, chopped Sunflower Oil, 1 tbsp
Sautee onion in a dutch oven until softened, then add spices and stir until fragrant (about 10 seconds). Then add tomatoes, beans, and corn. Leave to simmer about 10 minutes and then season with salt and pepper to taste.
