Ingredients
2 tablespoons frozen blueberries5 or 6 slices of fozen peaches1 tbls ground flax seed1 tbls chia seed1 tbls psyllium husk1/2 to 3/4 boiling water depending on how thick you want cereal to bespinkle of sugar or honey
Directions
thaw fruit & cut into bitesized pieces
cover with boiling water and sprinkle flax, chia & psyllium.
stir and let stand for 5 minutes
add a touch more water if the cereal is thicker than you desire.
sprinkle with sweetener of your choice (optional)
