W/W Spaghetti w/Broccoli

Ingredients
1 lb. Whole Wheat Spaghetti2 bunches of fresh broccoli4 tablespoons virgin cold-pressed olive oil
Directions
Boil 2 qt of water, add broccoli, and blanch till desired consistency.

In 2nd pot, add sea salt to boiling water, and add 1 lb. whole wheat spaghetti and boil till a la dente.

Drain water, add to cooked broccoli, and sprinkle with olive oil.

For a soupier consistency, keep some of the broccoli water and add to spaghetti. The broth from the broccoli contains good nutrients.

Leftovers can be refrigerated, and eaten the next day. Flavors permeate, and actually taste better when re-heated.
