Put wheat berries on to cook while preparing the rest of ingredients. Bulghar may also be used in the recipe insterad of wheat berries.1 C Wheat Berries2 stalks of celery1 tomatoe, or more to taste. Plum tomatoes are good1 bell pepper, finely chopped. Directions
Cooking time for wheat berries is approximately 60+ minutes. Prep ingredients and assemble with cooked wheat berries. Add salt and ground peper to taste.
